Refund policy

If there are any issues with your order, we are here to fix it. Whether you are not happy, the product arrived damaged or you simply changed your mind, we have solutions for you!

Not happy with the product you received? Or the product arrived damaged?

First of all, we are very sorry to hear that. If you would like to share any feedback with us, we would greatly appreciate it, so that we can improve our services and products. Simply send it via the contact us form.

But not to worry, we have a 30-day refund or exchange policy. This means that from the day you received the item, you have 30 days to ship it back to us for an exchange or a refund. 

Changed your mind about the product?

That is ok too, we understand that sometimes we change our minds. The same 30-day refund or exchange policy applies. 


30-day refund/exchange policy process

  1. Start the process:
    1. For an exchange or refund by contacting us
    2. Specify you order ID, the product(s) in question and if you are asking for an exchange or a refund.
    3. If you are asking for an exchange, please let us know what items you want in return or if you prefer store credit.
    4. If you wish, share any feedback that might help us improve our services or products.
  2. Shipping of exchanged/returned goods:
    1. We will provide you with the address to ship back the item(s). 
    2. You will package the unused item(s) carefully and in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely.
    3. You will choose the delivery service of your choice and cover the costs of return. It is your responsibility to ensure the package reaches us safely. Consider using a delivery service that insures you for the value of goods. 
  3. Request review: 
    1. Upon inspection of the received items, we will notify you via email if your exchange or refund request has been accepted.
    2. You will receive:
      1. For exchanges, we will deliver to you the new item(s) of your choice or the gift card, if you choose store credit. For a gift card you can expect to receive it on the same day, and for the exchanged item(s) delivery will vary based on the production and delivery times.
      2. For refunds, we will refund the full value of the returned item(s) you paid minus the shipping costs. This will be refunded to the same payment method you used. Please allow for 7 business days for it to show.
      3. For damaged goods, we will refund the full value of the returned item(s) you paid including the shipping costs. This will be refunded to the same payment method you used. Please allow for 7 business days for it to show. 

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature. Unless damaged upon arrival, here is a list of items that cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • Custom products or special requests: When designing a custom product we are working hand in hand with the customer, where exact details of the product are agreed upon. Furthermore, we share images of the product before shipping. Any concerns should be brought up during the design phase. 
  • Personalised products: Personalised products are made to order to your specifications. 
  • Digital Product: Due to the nature of digital products, these cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Items on sales
  • Gift Cards
  • Items sent after 30 days of receipt unless agreed upon in advance.
